If you’ve made the decision to give up your great nights sleep, please follow these instructions carefully.  Failure to do so could result in an adjusted or forfeited refund.

The Air Mattress must be returned in the original box and with the original packing, in like new condition (free of damage, stains, or any odors).  

(Foundations and custom made mattresses are not returnable)

Things you can do to help keep your mattress in like new condition include using a mattress pad cover.  This helps keep the mattress from absorbing perspiration or other body fluids.  Keep the bed in a smoke-free environment. 

1.      First, please contact us.  We’re reachable by email at: bedreturn@webairbeds.com to let us know you’ll be returning your bed.  You will receive a shipping address and a return authorization number.  You will also need to download or request the return authorization form to be completed and returned with your bed. 

2.      Repack the bed in the original boxes and packing materials.  Don’t forget to include the completed return form.  

3.      Return the bed to the address provided.

4.      Once we receive the bed, it will be evaluated for damage, etc. and the refund less all shipping charges will be issued.
